Delivery

We have a very simple delivery plan for UAE ORDERS!
– Orders over 500AED – 2 -4 working day delivery FREE!
– Orders under 500AED – 2 – 4 working day delivery just 30AED
– Next Working Day Delivery – Just 60AED

Our 2 – 4 working day delivery means that if you order by 12pm on Monday, your order should be with you on Wednesday. Our next working day delivery, means if you order by 12pm Monday, your order should be with you Tuesday.
Our delivery cut off is 12pm each day – in reality, we always try to pick and pack as many orders as possible on the same day we receive them, and often send out orders we receive after the 12pm cut off, however we don’t want to over promise. If you need your order next day, please try to get it in by morning

 Customer Collections

If you would prefer to collect your order direct from us please call us first to place your order, confirm we have the items you want and to schedule a customer collection slot.
We use ARAMEX as our courier partners – we have selected this company because they offer the best, most reliable service to our customers. We pride ourselves on service and will only ever use courier companies who do the same.
We will email confirmation of your order on receipt and for those orders being delivered by ARAMEX you will receive further delivery update emails.  Should you not be at home to sign for your ARAMEX delivery, ARAMEX will leave your parcel with a neighbour if it is possible to do this. If you leave a signed authorisation note ARAMEX will leave your parcel in an alternate place at your delivery address however this will be entirely at your own risk.

Other Information

Any orders that total 2000AED will only be dispatched to the registered billing address, this is purely a security measure to protect customers from fraudulent uses of their billing information.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error, depending on the courier used there will be a re-shipping fee.This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item can be provided as an alternative, but the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost we have incurred shipping the item out in the first place. If the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.
*All orders over the value of 500aed will be shipped to addresses in the UAE are free delivery.
